Keep it Neutral
Neutral can actually be very elegant. Painting a room in simple beige, trimming it with cream or white and adding gold and brown accompaniments to the space, can make the room look like a place worthy of a cozy winter retreat.

Winter White
Nothing says “winter†quite like the color white. The great thing about white is that you can add a simple accent or two of color to finish the look off. A wall sconce or a vase in colors of icy blue or red are easy ways to give an all white room a splash of color.

Go Deep
In color, that is. Believe it or not, deep shades of pink or purple on the wall and on fabric look amazing for winter. Pair it with wintry shades of blue or deep shades of aubergine and silvery metallic accents to finish off the look.
