Pantone’s 2019/20 Autumn/Winter Palette Has Us (Almost) Wishing for Fall

It’s that time of year again. That time when we’re desperately trying to squeeze every last ounce of fun out of summer even though it’s coming to a close. And even though thinking about it might get you down, it’s important that we talk about it — at least a little bit anyway. Why? Because the Pantone 2019-2020 Fall/Winter color report is here! 

According to Pantone, the colors selected for autumn/winter 2019/20 are reflective of emerging confidence. Described as ranging from “easy and sophisticated to strikingly different and unique,” these colors are meant to be bold, strong, and empowering. All in all, the palette is rich with colors that make it possible for us to reflect our personalities to the fullest. 

A Color for Every Mood or Persona

The 12 main colors in the palette are as follows: 

  1. Chili Pepper (19-1557)
  2. Biking Red (19-1650)
  3. Creme de Peche (12-1110)
  4. Peach Pink (15-1530)
  5. Rocky Road (19-1234)
  6. Fruit Dove (17-1926)
  7. Sugar Almond (18-1155)
  8. Dark Cheddar (15-1150)
  9. Galaxy Blue (19-4055)
  10. Bluestone (18-4217)
  11. Orange Tiger (16-1358)
  12. Eden (19-6050)

Followed by 4 classic colors, which include: 

  1. Vanilla Custard (12-0815)
  2. Evening Blue (19-3815)
  3. Paloma (16-000)
  4. Guacamole (17-0530)
