Repeat the things you like, not the things you don’t. - Grab a pen and create a wish list. Write down everything you would like to do if money weren’t an issue and then prioritize. Break down the list into what you can and can’t do, as well as what’s a necessity and what can wait.
- Gather as many visuals as you can. Having a stockpile of visuals on hand will make the decorating process go much smoother. The home should be a place where everyone feels comfortable.
- Is it better to do it all at once or in stages? Honestly, that’s totally up to you and your budget. If you have the time and the money to do it all at once, go for it. If you’d like it done all at once but can’t afford it, keep saving your money and do it later.If you don’t mind not having it done all at once, then you’ll be better off doing the project in phases.
