  How long will it take?

  We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible. An email will be sent to confirm that your order was received. Notification of shipment & tracking # will be sent in a second email.   Return

  Your fabrics and trims are cut especially for you. Due to the custom nature of your order, it may not be returned or exchanged. Pillows and hardware may be returned in-store or shipped at the customer's expense. Please contact us prior to making any returns, so we can direct your return to the proper location and watch for its arrival. Not contacting us could delay your refund.   What if there is a flaw or damage when I receive my item?
